Cancellation, Termination of our Workshop in Barcelona 2011
After registration and payment of the course fee you may cancel your registration without penalty or obligation before 1st of November 2010 by submitting a written notice by fax, e-mail or post mail to European Mediationcenter, c/o Schneider Mediation Services SL, Salvador Espriu 75, 3 - 1, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. Additionally, we offer a SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you attend our workshop and for any reason during the first two days you decide the training is not right for you, simply inform the lead trainer before the end of the second day of the workshop and return all the course materials. In both cases we will fully refund the course fee.
For cancellations received after the 1st of November 2010 and before 31st of December 2010 your course fee refund will be reduced by an administration fee of 250 € + VAT. For any termination or cancellation after December 31, 2010 or if you do not show up at the workshop for whatever reason, the full course fee will be forfeited. Notwithstanding, it is possible to transfer your place to another person. Just contact us as soon as possible before the workshop. There will be no refund for expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals or any other personal costs, which will be borne fully by the participant.
